Minnie's Terms of Service

Hello! Please read everything before offering on any OCs or requesting art. Breaking any of them will result with a warning or being put in a blacklist. This T.o.S. is a subject to change any time. It is your responsibility to check for any updates. Latest update: 02.13.2025

Art services

  • Requests of any kind of problematic art or art related to problematic media will not be accepted.

  • You are allowed to repost my art outside of Toyhouse site, but it must be credited.

  • I remain the right for my artworks and can use them for promotion purposes (art examples, portfolios, etc.)

  • You can request/commission max. 3 artworks at the same time.

  • There is a one week cooldown between orders/requests from the same person starting from the moment of receiving the finished artwork.

  • Upfront payment for commissions up to $60. Payments above $60 can be split in half (the rest of the payment must be paid after lineart phase* is done for the commission to be continued).

  • The orderer will receive an update on the artwork after the lineart is done and ask for minor changes. Major changes may be a subject to an additional fee. Changes are not accepted after the lineart phase*!

  • The orderer can ask for a refund the latest after the lineart is done*. After that refunds are not accepted.

  • Finishing an artwork can take from a week to 2+ months depending on the complexity of the artwork or amount of free time.

  • I have full right to decline if the character makes me feel uncomfortable in any way.

  • Commercial use of my artworks requires an extra fee (100% of the value of the commission). Some commission types may have commercial use included in the price of the commission.

* Sketches are not provided as I skip clean sketch phase and move on straight to the lineart after making a rough sketch of the pose and basic anatomy shapes. Take the lineart as clean sketch updates.

Designs and adopts

  • Do not resell the character for more than the value of the character + art you made or comissioned.

  • I remain the right to the design as the creator and can use it for promotion purposes (design examples, portfolios, etc.)

  • You can redesign the character (e.g. change clothes, gender), but it still must be recognizable and you must credit me for the original design.

  • Commercial use for designs I made is allowed for merchandise products sold by small companies (stickers, prints, buttons, pins, postcards, etc.) as long as the creator of the product designs is also the seller. Print-on-demand selling is not allowed.

  • Tag any of NSFW content of my designs and do not use them for NSFW content if they are underage.

  • Do not use my designs for political, hate, etc. stuff.

  • You can convert the character to MYO (only if the MYO creator is okay with it).

  • If the owner of my design is put on the blacklist, they cannot receive my designs anymore, but can remain the right to keep the designs they got before being put on the list.
